Fars reported that the license for regular flights between Mashhad and Kabul has been established and on Wednesday, Mahan Company took a number of passengers to Kabul in the form of a charter flight and accompanied the passenger on the way back to Tehran.

Fars added that 19 passengers were transferred from Mashhad to Kabul on the flight and 26 passengers were transferred to Mashhad on the way back.
